Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love your Watever pieces! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.
Returns: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original hygiene liner and tags attached, and in the original packaging. If the product does not meet these conditions, it is not eligible for return. To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and order name. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size or style when stock is available. To exchange an item, please start a return and request the size or style you would like.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to process (timing may vary by bank).
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
